Transfer information will be updated on a weekly basis. Valuation changes due to splits, combinations and replats are updated on a monthly basis. Tax Year 2008 values are tentative until approved by the State. Taxes for Tax Year 2008 are not available until the end of December. Due to the triennial update only the total appraised value reflects the increase.
